Honors student, star athlete at both New Britain High School and Eastern Connecticut State University....tri-captain and a key player on 1974-75 NBHS girl's basketball team which compiled an overall 18-2 record, was CIAC semi-finalist...also played softball, ran cross country...at ECSU, starred on women's basketball teams, 1975-1979...was Warriors' all-time career leading scorer, 1,283 points, and rebounder, over 800...led teams in scoring and rebounding all four years...Connecticut Women's Basketball Player of the Year, 1976-77..also played softball, 1976 to 1979...went on to play professional basketball in Europe...charter member, Eastern's Athletic Hall of Fame, inducted 1986...elected to Connecticut Women's Basketball Hall of Fame in 1997.
