Often-honored and with good reason.....joined UCONN coaching staff in 1964, head baseball coach since 1980.....teams have won Big East Championships, qualified for NCAA post season play.....member, American Baseball Coaches Association's Hall of Fame.....received Gold Key from Connecticut Sportswriters Alliance in 1985.....inducted into the New Britain Sports Hall of Fame in 1996.
