Harrison J. "Jim" Kaiser
First coach/Athletic Director at the Teachers College of Connecticut (now Central Connecticut State University).....from 1935 to 1947 his Blue Devil football teams went 30-15-6; basketball teams gave him an 83-56 record over 9 seasons, 1934-35 to 1942-43.....was inducted into VFW Post 511 Sports Hall of Fame in 1962.....member of the New Britain Sports Hall of Fame since 1996.
