National Champion bowler.....in 1990, was named #1 ranked MALE "Bowler of the 20th Century" by the Bowlers Association of Connecticut.....was inducted into the VFW Walter J. Smith Post 511 Sports Hall of Fame in 1952 and in 1954 received a Gold Key from the Connecticut Sports Writers Alliance.
