William R. Scaringe
Bill was born and raised in New Britain, attended local schools and graduated from New Britain H.S. in 1961. While at NBHS he was a member of the football, basketball and baseball teams. He was selected as tri-captain of the 1961 team.
Bill is an Army veteran and a former high school and college football official.
